		<description>I don&#039;t recall where I read this (perhaps even from you?), but even for the non-praying types, I think these prayers from the Anglican Church are interesting on a couple of fronts. For one, they show that the church is modern and current and aware of the world, and I appreciate that. But perhaps most interestingly, and touchingly, they focus not just on those who are laid off, but those who are still at work and nonetheless affected--by a range of emotions.
